To set the time, gently pull the crown out to the first or second position and rotate until the correct time is displayed. For automatic watches, wearing the watch daily keeps it wound through natural motion. If the watch stops, simply shake it gently or rotate the crown to manually wind it before setting the time again.

Position 1 — Pushed in (normal):
The watch runs normally. On automatic watches, you can also wind it manually by rotating the crown in this position.

Position 2 — Pulled out halfway:
On watches with a date display, rotating the crown in this position changes the date.

Position 3 — Pulled out fully:
Rotating the crown in this position sets the time (hours and minutes).

Yes, all Mark Fairwhale timepieces come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that water damage is not covered under warranty. We strongly recommend avoiding immersion in water, swimming, or showering while wearing your watch to preserve its condition and longevity.

Wipe your watch regularly with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. For metal bracelets, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals as these can damage the case and strap over time. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
