Order Process
The items you are purchasing will be sold directly by FairWhale Official to you. You will provide your payment information, shipping address, and any additional required information directly to us for processing your payment and completing your order.

Payment and Verification
By placing an order, you understand and agree that:
- You are purchasing from, and providing your information to, FairWhale Official. We are entitled to verify and authenticate your payment information, and if we are unable to verify this information, we may contact you and/or your payment card issuer to confirm your identity and/or your intent to place the order
- If there is an error in the price listed for a product on the website or in the price applied during the sale and processing of your order, we are entitled to contact you, correct the price, and/or cancel your order
- If we successfully verify your payment information, payment details for your order will be processed by us as the seller of the goods to you.
- Once we process your payment information and the transaction is verified, the items you purchased will be fulfilled directly by us or the party supplying the goods, by delivery or other means.
- We may refuse service, refuse to process or complete orders, remove or edit content, or cancel orders for any reason or for no reason, at our sole discretion
- If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, approval of your parent or guardian is required to complete your purchase.
In some jurisdictions, we obtain payment processing services through affiliates or third-party service providers. In such instances, such affiliates and third parties are obligated under their contract with us to comply with strict privacy and data protection requirements
Product Warranty
You may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty in respect of the item(s) purchased. Refer to the relevant documentation supplied with the item.

If returns are allowed, we will assist you in processing a return according to the supplier’s policy, including reimbursement for the original sales price of returned products, if authorized. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return request if restrictions apply to the item in question
To initiate a return, ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly provided in the manufacturer’s warranty or these terms. Your use of the products is at your own risk. In no event shall FairWhale Official be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase
For items sold by third parties, please review the warranty information provided by the seller or manufacturer directly, as FairWhale Official is not responsible for warranties or claims related to such products
Currency and Billing
You may select your preferred payment method and currency from a list of options available at checkout. Please note that the relative value of currencies may vary, resulting in different actual purchase prices based on the selected currency.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Items in your order may be fulfilled via a single transaction or multiple transactions. If items are fulfilled via multiple transactions, or if your order is only partially fulfilled, you will only be charged for those items that are actually fulfilled.
Chargebacks, Fraud Prevention, and Void Transactions
For your protection, FairWhale Official may use various fraud prevention protocols and
industry-standard verification systems to reduce fraud and minimize chargeback risks.
You must comply with such protocols and policies, including card authentication and "ship to" and "bill to" address verification.
Once an order is placed, you may not change any authenticated payment information or any verified "ship to"/"bill to" address. If there is a systemic error resulting in the processing or acceptance of a transaction for which authorization has been declined, that transaction will be void.

All designs, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are
trademarks or registered trademarks of the party supplying the goods or FairWhale Official , as applicable, in the U.S. and/or other countries. Such trademarks may not be used without prior written authorization.

Compliance with Applicable Laws
You certify that any products purchased through an order will not be exported, sold, or
transferred in violation of any applicable laws. It is your responsibility to know the laws of the country into which you are importing any products that you order.

Proceedings
Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service must be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in the governing law section, and you irrevocably agree to the jurisdiction of those courts for all such purposes.
